    Console Problem


    Good morning,

    Im reaching out because my xbox is banned. I had an account ban but after that, I have had no problems, but the ban was placed a day after I was playing a game so I'm not sure if this was a mistake or not. Some help would be appreciated.

    Hello my name Josh,

    I don't have a response to your post but, I didn't know who to talk to or where to post my dire problem. My gamertag is Bladedark88 just add some other info to who I am. The issue I'm having is three days ago my Xbox one was stolen and I contacted
    the police and they didn't have too many words of encouragement. They asked me for my serial number and I didn't know and they asked for the receipt and I can't find it. I even told them who stole it and they said it's just a family matter and that it would
    resolve itself and it hasnt. It took me 9 months to save for it. And now I'm just ***. Pardon my language. I'm just at a loss.

    Not certain what you can do if your console is banned.

    What I would suggest though would be that in the future, whatever console you end up playing on, don't do whatever it was you have obviously done to warrant an account ban.

    Treat people with respect and you wont get any sort of ban, if people shout abuse at you just report them and move on. If you respond with venom calling them names, they will just report you and you'll wind up with another account ban.

    Problem with Console.

    I cleared cache when i first had the problem with watching DVD's but a week later the problem seems to have got worse, I could ring support and get it sorted that way i suppose but I still have 2month on my warranty from the shop so should be able to go
    tomoz to Game and get it sorted a bit quicker shudnt i?

    Hello, Please un-plug Your Xbox Console from all power sources for 30 minutes and then plug it back in and attempt to turn it on again. If this issue continues to happen feel free to reply and I will get to you ASAP.

    Personal preference really & depending on the space your going to put the Xbox 360 in, I've got 2 consoles (Original & S model) myself & have both positioned vertically, never had any heating issues or any issue for that matter, you decide as I don't think
    there is any compelling evidence that suggest's one way is better than the other, just remember not to put them in confined spaces or block the fans/vents airflow.

    Also there is no need for extra fans, they do more harm than good.
