Console power up issues

I'll start with what I've tried then ill explain what my issue is.

Holding power for about 10 seconds (until it powers down) then turning it back on. Also unplugging power cord for 5 mins then plugged it back in and turning it on again. I also tested my HDMI and or tv and neither of those were the issue. Now for my issue.

I was playing my online game and the game wasn't rendering, it all looked like playdough. I then tried to take a clip of my experience. When i opened the dashboard my screen dimmed like the dashboard was open but it wasn't popping up(i was still able to
control my character in the back round). I tried to press B to close it and it did nothing. So i pressed the power button out of frustration 2 or 3 times pretty quick and it did not turn off so i held it down for ten seconds to power it down. When i turned
the power back on it won't get a signal but a few times after it saying no signal for a few minutes it would pick one up. Only it would be stuck at a black screen infinitely until i hold the power button down to turn it back off.

Hi, as Malaysia uses a 240 volt power output and the USA is only 110 Volts odds are you fried the power supply and possibly the Xbox also. I doubt you'd get any support from Microsoft as the issue was not caused by a hardware failure, rather that you accidently
over powered the system.

Same thing here ! I killed my xbox and microsoft is pushing me to buy another one. Where is the repair ?

Yeah since this was not caused by a hardware defect but by overloading the system thats probably why they are pushing you to buy a new one versus a repair likely because this is something that is probably not covered under warranty
