    You're referring to the Xbox All Access program, this specific program is the allows you to get 2 years of Game Pass with the purchase of a Series X by paying a monthly fee for 24 months.

    Regular Xbox Series purchases are not eligible for the 24 months of Game Pass Ultimate.
    So, if you purchased your console outside the Xbox All Access program, this is the reason you didn't receive the 2 years of Ultimate.

    Ok, so there’s no option to trade my Xbox One X into Xbox, use thst credit plus the financing option to get Scarlett, gamespass, and 0% free financing over however many months?
    Did you purchase your Xbox One X through All Access?

    You must purchase the Xbox console through the All Access program to be eligible to trade-in/upgrade through the program. You can not trade-in previously purchased consoles for credit or upgrades.

The only program where Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Consoles are intertwined as a purchase program is Xbox All Access which comes with an Xbox Series S or X console and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.     ALL ACCESS GAME PASS

    When I get my Series X on the All Access program, there was no code in the box, the console somehow already knew it was an All Access console and the moment I signed in on my account I had the 24 months of Games Pass.

    There is a setting in the console settings somewhere that shows it came with All Access, have a look around and you'll find it eventually.
