    I bought the Xbox one X on 13/01/2018.

    It is registered on my Microsoft account and is reported out of warranty.

    Why?

    If there is a discrepancy with the warranty activation, go ahead and setup a callback with our Customer Support team so we can have someone from our hardware department
    take a look at your console.
