    Console or Wifi?


    This has been happening for about a week now everytime i log into my xbox account everything has an error or it struggles to load games and apps but when im signed into a different account or no account it works fine...i don't understand where the problem
    is...i load up games and apps then log into my account then its okay but i struggle to find game lobbies and load into matches on games does anyone know where the problem is or how i can fix it please.

    For example sharing mobile data via wifi hotspot and connect your console in that way

    After that, try joining to your house wifi network and test

    No.. But are you standing the console upright, as the WiFi Dongle is at the top of the console & could of been effected by the overheating issue.. (Heat rises to WiFi Dongle etc..)

    Does your wifi work with all other devices other than the Xbox?

    If you think there's something wrong with the Wifi card in your console, then you can easily check it by enabling hotspot on your phone, and then use that hotspot as wifi on your console.
