    Console Not Working


    Dear Team ,

    My Console not getting On .Tried all the steps provided by MS Virtual Agent and its not working .Xbox is pretty new and tried contacting support phone number, but after a message the call is getting disconnected . I can't find any stores in my place .

    Any option to call or mail to support as I am behind this for weeks and no useful assistance.

    Please help

    What Xbox console do you have?

    Also, please try using a different wall socket. Reset the internal power supply by unplugging everything.

    Hi, is the console in an open space, not resting on any carpet or other soft furnishing. The same would also apply to the power supply. Could you try another power point, remove any surge protector if you use one of those.
