    Console not working with headset

    Hello all,

I have been having a problem for a few months now where none of my headsets will work with the Xbox One. The issue is that, while I can hear others, I can not speak to others. This affects both in-game chat as well as party.

I have tested it with the stock Xbox One headset as well as with my Turtlebeach X12 with the adapter and on two seperate controllers. Support has not been helpful and I would prefer not to have to send my console in as that will probably take several weeks
to return and I am deploying within the next few months.

Anyone have any suggestions or solutions? Thanks in advance.

    :)

  2. xbox one controller

My xbox one controllers aren't working with either of my headsets. The headsets work on other devices and the controller works on other games. Just not working together. I've tried shutting down the console, making sure the volume is correct , checked
the audio on the xbox. Nothing is working.

  3. Headsets not working

Hi all, am having trouble with xbox headsets, have purchased two different ones the latest being the recon 50x. Only getting static through headset, nothing else. Headsets are working on pc and ps4 console but not on xbox 1 console. PS4 headsets work fine
on xbox 1, just can't seem to get xbox headsets to work. Any ideas

Try turning off the controller, then unplug the adapter. Wait about 15 sec then plug the adapter back in the controller and power the controller back on. You could also try doing a hard reset by holding the power button on the front of the console until
it turns off then unplug it from the outlet for 30 sec then plug it back in and power back on.
