Console not showing in windows 10 xbox app

Have you tried seeing if they show in other apps, such as the Windows 10 Console Companion App or the Xbox App for Android or iOS?

Both Xbox and PC games will show up for your friends if they are using Windows 10 and and are logged into the Windows 10 Xbox App. Your friends are playing Arma3 on a PC, not on a console.

Have you tried to disable the remote features on your console and enable it again?

And would you please tell me what exact console do you have?

Turn on the Instant-on power mode:

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

- Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Power mode & start-up.

- From the Power mode drop-down menu, choose Instant-on.

Then, power cycle your console, please:

Power Reset:

1​​. Turn off your console and your router/modem.

2. Unplug all the cables from both devices (power, HDMI, etc..) and wait 2 minutes.

3. After 2 minutes, plug all the cables in again on your router/modem and wait for all the lights to show up.

​​​4. Plug all the cables on your console and turn it on.

Turn the remote features off and on again and see how it goes. If the issue persists, please try to factory reset your console:

Go to Settings > System > Console info > Reset this xbox > Reset and keep my games and apps.

Note: the "Reset and keep my games and apps" option will not make you lose your games, but you will need to sign in to your account again.

After you factory resetted the console and added your account, make sure the power mode is instant-on and the remote features are on and see if the issue persists.
