    Console not sending any data - TV not showing any sign of console life


    It's as if nothing is connected. I plugged into different TV inputs and nothing. Cord looks OK. All of console lights are working and no issues with discs going in and out.

    Xbox one will not restart after finishing initial update.

    Same problem here. Console turns on after update but just sits there not booting or sending any video to the TV or anything. Controller also will not connect.

    Unable to download February update

    For some reason I have not been prompted to download the update

    Any ideas as to why

    i have given the xb1 a soft reset

    set it to instant on mode

    turned the xb1 off with voice command

    there is no data transfer over the modem

    no signs of life from

    the console and the power brick remains white

    any suggestions?

    Yes. And I unplugged and securely plugged it back in.

    If it wasn't a unique cord I'd consider buying one to see if that is the wink link. Is this a common issue with xboxone?

    Ok I just took my cable to TV hdmi cord and plugged it into console and still not getting a signal from console. (Didn't realize in my previous post it was standard hdmi to hdmi jack). So I'm confident this is a console issue as I've tested it on 3 other
    hdmi inputs on my TV and no success.
