Console Not Powering On/Powering On But Shutting Down Immediately

Hi, I've worked on several and I'm not kidding when I say several Xbox One's and as much as I figure this to be a stretch and knowing the possibility of getting some answers is very low, but what can I look at to be the cause of
these problems? When you guys get returned defective consoles with these issues, do you even repair them or just say, "f*** it, these are bad, send them a different one".

It isn't the power brick, it isn't the power cord, the outlet. The faceplate, the RF Module Board, none of it. And I know because I have a plethora of spare accessories/parts to test. Is this a repairable problem that obviously you haven't shared with anyone
('cos there is literally no answers on Google) who has contacted you about it wanting to know or is there simply no way around it? Thanks.

Console power button flashing

I always presumed it was just shutting everything down in the background before powering down.

Xbox One not performing correctly

I seem to be having several issues with powering up, powering down, and slow performance. It takes my Xbox forever to power up and power down. When powering up it seems to be very slow loading up. Upon powering off, the light on the console itself will
blink for maybe a minute or two before completely shutting off. Also, when I am trying to load friends, I get an error saying that it couldn't load friends. It will also not load the activity feed on the friends app I hope someone can help! I have power
cycled and hard reset the system as well.

I'm afraid we don't have any information to share with this. Opening up an Xbox One console voids the warranty and is not recommended. If you've tested with multiple power supplies/outlets we recommend setting up a repair or replacement for the console as the
issue appears to be on the console side rather than the power supply. Thanks a ton for your understanding!

I'm sorry to hear that.

May I ask what happens right after you turn your console on? is your controller shutting down immediately after?

Please try power cycling your console again:

- Press and hold your console's power button until it shuts down.

- Unplug your console's power cord for 5 minutes.

- Plug the power cord back in. If possible, use one of the wall's outlets.

I think the only difference is that power saver mode doesn't immediately shut down the console or clear the cashe like a hard reset does

Both yes. But now I'm getting another problem, when I turn my console off, it doesn't shut down immediately, but the power button blinks a few times. Only after the blinking, it shuts down.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console. I have see it work when the subscriptions didn't show up immediately on the console.
