Console not powering on after update, 2nd time with this issue

Console isn't turning back on after restart during update process, hearing a faint chime when pressing the start button on the front. Have been told that its not the power supply cause its not turning white when pugged into the console, this is the 2nd time
of this happening in 3 weeks at that time I spoke with support who spoke with a manager who told me about holding the eject and sync buttons on the console which actually worked last time but not this time. Hopefully can get this issue fixed and console replaced.
Been a member of the preview for years and never experienced this issue and now get 2 in 3 weeks.

Kinect on and off by itself

I appear to have the same issue. This suggestion did not resolve the issue with the Kinect powering off/on at arbitrary times.

I'm having trouble starting my Xbox one up

Good evening Xbox, since download the last update, I have trouble booting up my Xbox one console. Yesterday it took about 3 attempts to get to the dashboard after powering down the system down 3 times. And today it I had to wait 30 minutes for it to boot
up. I wanted to ask if this is a known issue or bug with last update or is it my system dying on me

so when the console does a system update when the X1 is on "instant on" the first time you go back to power on the console you have to manually hit the console button correct? the controller won't power the console on the first time after the update?

There seems to be an issue since the update this has happened to me a few times, usually after pressing the xbox button on my controller. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds to restart the console and this should work.

Well I've been trying all that and I can now get it onto the update screen, but when I try and move my fingers away after the 2nd power on tone, it then makes a power off tone then turns its self off right after. :/

A quick update ... after 2nd restart .... and accepting stuff .... i was finally able to uninstall that halo in window search and to install xbox pc (beta) ..... all in all the guide helped but after 2nd restart (no clue why it didn't work on first time).
