Console not letting me play new game

have been given a new game around 3-5 seconds ago and the game is ready to boot up until it said what it said on the screen, what does it mean?

Wait for it to finish downloading. Games can be ready to start after the download reaches a certain point, but some games may still not be playable at that point.

We need to make sure that you're signed in under the correct Microsoft account, Ryan. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the game order from there for both games stated as "completed".

If it's not showing from there please check all Microsoft accounts that you own, Ryan.

I will try this out and see what happens. If it does let me play on a different console what would that mean for my xbox? However if it doesn't let me play on the new console what should i do?

I think that pretty messed up! If someone gets their account banned at least we should be able to play our game with the hard drive! It lets me play it on the banned console but not on the new one! ?
