Console no longer works after 2 loud popping noise

hello

my Xbox is from the US and I tried it in Europe I bought a converter from 220v/110v it works for like 5 mins and then popped twice, smell of warm wires was very obvious and some liquid appears on the power brick, I unplugged the console and brought
a different power brick and still the console does not respond at all. Is it possible that the console would work again ? and what could happened in this scenario

Like blueamcat already mentioned you should take the Console for a repair if this is possible. Sounds like it burned by using the converter..

If you have a friend that also has an Xbox One, see if you can borrow their power supply, so that you know that it is a working power supply.

If it still doesn't work after you went through all of the troubleshooting listed on that page. It looks like you will need to get your console repaired. If you need to do that, you can start the transaction by going to following link: http://myservice.xbox.com

Hello,

I would guess its a power brick from getting over heated, it should be under warranty. If its not covered under Warranty it will cost you about $35 USD to get it replaced. (price may vary depending on your location, if out of United States)

I've tried the troubleshooting options to no avail, and I don't really know anyone nearby with an xbox one who's power supply I could try, so that's out...

But I've hit another problem. When attempting to get warranty service, it seems like they just expect me to know whether the problem is with the power supply or the console, since there are different sections to click on based on which problem it is? Not
sure how to proceed with that?
