    Olá! Eu tenho o Xbox One S, e tenho tido problemas com o console de travamentos no sistema/engasgos, além de jogos que não abrem ou quando abrem crasham em segundos.

    Eu abro qualquer jogo e aparece um erro de arquivo, 0x000001e7, com uma mensagem de erro em inglês que geralmente diz que não foi possível carregar ou ler um tal arquivo, e um outro código de erro que não lembro qual é mas que aparece junto com a mensagem
    de que o jogo demorou muito para responder.

    Já tentei de tudo, desinstalar todos os jogos, excluir conta, adicionar uma outra conta, mudar conta, apagar o cache do console segurando o botão desligar por alguns segundos, também já formatei mas continua com o mesmo erro ao iniciar jogos, preciso de
    ajuda, será que um HD externo pode ajudar? Estou achando que meu HD está com problema de leituras de dados.

    Hey there supremKILLER007

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get past this problem. I can understand how confusing this could be for anyone. I suggest what we call a soft reset. It's a factory reset that does not uninstall
    any of your games/apps and is a great troubleshooting step for a variety of issues. Once you have made sure that your network is connected with an open NAT type and that you have the sign in information for any important gamertags on your console (as you'll
    have to redownload them later), follow the steps on How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One
    and select the option denoted reset and keep my games & apps.

    When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.

    sorry to hear and extra sorry (I can't say it with 100% certainty because it's an XBOX) but in Windows 10 this code says "HHD defective". I think you should

    check here if the console still has a guarantee    .
