ça fait donc 2 jours que ma xbox est un écran noir demarage.

J'ai donc réussi ouvrir et lancer la restauration du monde, mais je clique ici sur la restauration pour que les jeux et la console d'applications restent bloqués et ne redémarrent pas.

is this on and Xbox One or an Xbox 360? Is the issue that the console is not starting up or there is just a black screen?

Are you referring to a soft factory reset?

Hello Dayronn,

We recommend trying an
offline update. Before you do the part on the Xbox make sure to unplug the console for a couple minutes. When you plug it in then do offline update on the console. You will need a windows based PC and a USB drive.

Alors je les ai attendu et depuit est écrans noirs. J'ai donc manipulé les clés de liaison (BIND) et EJECT (EJECT).

J'ai donc choisi la console de restauration gardant les jeux et les contenus.
Mais le problème est que quand il clique il bip bien, mais bloqué collé sur l'image, rien ne se passe ... Je ne peux rien faire et comme coincé
