Console mess up Help

Ok so last week I was playing my xbox one with no problem, going through forza horizon 2 quickly. I turned off my xbox just like normal. I came back a few days later and everything load the same as always. Go to start playing Forza again. Get into the
game where you have to hit A. It starts to load..... and that is all it does. I even let is sit for 25 mins and all it did was say loading. Now I went to go uninstall the game to re-install it. Go to uninstall and well my console wont let me. I even went
through the app manager, and I can hit uninstall, or uninstall all and well it acts like I click it but it is still there. I tried it with other games and it does the same thing. I sucked it up and did the factory reset. I installed my game, add-ons, and
synced my data. I could play, played for 10 mins and then left. I come back and turn my xbox on and it does the same thing as before i did the reset. Someone give me some feed back plz. If I have to send this thing in I am going to be ***.

This is quite a bad experience and I am pretty sorry for you.

At first you may please try if a system cache reset helps. To do so please hold the powerbutton for about 15 seconds and keep it holding even when the console shuts down after a few seconds.Wait for the power supply to change its colour to orange and then
restart your console.

If that doesn't help you may try do a factory reset to see if that helps.

I'm hoping someone will be able to help me because my Xbox one has been getting worse and worse over the past couple of days. This all started with my Xbox being a little slow but now when i am playing a game it crashes multiple times. when it says
that i am not connected to my network and i run the "test connection" it says everything is working fine. On top of everything today when i went on i can not even sign into my account anymore i don't know if this can be fixed easily or if ill have to send
this in to be fixed, just hopping someone knows what to do.

 

I had the same problem, I have the day one addition and I the only thing that worked for me was to unplug the power supply, it will then start the game fresh and work as normal it will keep doing this and everytime just unplug it and start a new

 

And I canny uninstall games as well, to uninstall you have to wipe your HDD and it will save all saved games onto the cloud and you have to install them again

 

Have you tried clearing persistent storage?
