    It seems like half the time I browse the games store on my Xbox one, I get trapped and can't go home. Hitting the B button or the home button brings up a prompt that it went wrong, and gives me the error code in title. This forces me to hard reset my Xbox
    every time. I understand that the solution is to hard reset, but the fact that I can't leave the games store is a huge problem. There is no documentation of the error code on Microsoft's website pertaining to the Xbox one. Is there a permanent way to fix this?

    anyone getting error code 0x800706ba

    Anyone getting error code 0x800706ba whenever you try to go home from the store app or when starting the Xbox up. It goes away if I do a hard reboot .

    Whenever I try to sign into my account on my Xbox 1 I get an error code 0x800706ba . When I search this error code nothing comes up on xbox.com/errorhelp.

    I have the same issue, though most of my downloaded games are taking me to the xbox store where it tells me i already own the game and i have the install option but well I cant as I always get the 0x800706ba error code. It's getting a little frustrating
    as almost all my games are digital downloads..And the only way to rid yourself of the screen that never stops popping up no matter what you do is to hard reset the console. It wasn't until this recent update that I have had issues.
