Console keeps turning off

Hello, my console keeps turning off. I dont know why but it is not that hot. it turns off like its power suppy is cut. Please help

Mine overheats (yet is barely warm) and freezes up at least once a day. It also freezes up because of bad memory management software aproximately ever 2cd day. Does Microsoft still actually have a quality control department ? Or just after sales public relations, suggesting DIY "fixes" via links? Lol.Mine is a 2 week old Xbox S. Not a Xbox One S.

Mine began doing that after recent forced update (never had the issue before then) so after it came back on it showed the blah blah overheated auto nonsense, my system is and always been set in well vented open space alone. So after 2 more such instances i set a small desk fan up to blow cool air on it worked great until yesterday i was forced once again within just a few days to update again, after several overheating issues i set my portable ac unit to keep that specific area cool and it has worked so far, however as i logged just now i have a notification as to a system update is available which will become a mandatory one because these updates have become invasive as well as full problems with my console, i truly believe the update that burned out my fan motor was intentional in response to a formal complaint. So until i dismantel and test every circuit its just another one those cant prove it rhetoric things. Hope one of those solutions work if you still have the issue. As for me im disconnecting my internet xo all subscription and services and play my games from the disc and the digital stuff bought and paid for will be just a expensive lesson to my own bad choices with this horrible company.

It might be a power issue. Do you have Xbox One S or an earlier version?
