console keeps powering off

Discus and support console keeps powering off in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; my xbox one onsole wont power up, when i turn it on it does the start up sound and lights up but then after about 3 seconds it plays the turning off...     my xbox one onsole wont power up, when i turn it on it does the start up sound and lights up but then after about 3 seconds it plays the turning off tone and shuts down.Ive gone through all the troubleshooting with the power brick and still nothing....any
    help?

    Xbox One powering on by itself

    I need to turn off the console 3 or 4 times before it keeps really turned off.

    I was guessing that another equipment was turning on the console with some type of interference. Even when i take it to another place it keeps powering on by itself.

    Even when the controller is off and nothing pluged it keeps turning on.

    What's happening?

    Unplug it from the wall for 5-10 minutes see if it helps and don't use a surge protector.

    Can't read the update from the disc. Please reinsert the disc to continue the update.

    Ok try powering the console off, hold the sync button in on the console and power up keeping the sync button held in.

    Something else worth a shot is to power the console off, press and hold the sync button in on the console and power the console on keeping the sync button held in.

    Yeah I my kinect light was the only thing I noticed cycling. I didn't pay attention to my controller though. Thanks for letting me know I'm not alone on this!
