Console keeps moving automatically to "Store" page, it wont let me select ...

My console was working ok, but suddenly it just let me go through the configuration menu. I cannot access the "Start" menu since it moves automatically to "Store" page. Please help. I dont know if it is the control or the console.

I have installed a few games. Reiniciated and resetted the console, but it didnt work. Should I start from zero?

Does it scroll like that when the controller is off? If not it may be a controller issue.

Perform a hard reset on the console to see if it will help the situation. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord
back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test the results.

Now that you tell me, I could notice that its a controller issue. It does not "behave" the same way when the controller is off. The weird thing is that I can go though all the menu, but it goes crazy in the "Start" menu.

Hey there,

If the disc for Minecraft: Xbox One Edition is currently inside the Xbox One console, try navigating to the Xbox Store and search 'Minecraft' to pull up the Minecraft: Xbox One Edition store page. From there, do you see the option to select just 'Play'?
Try that and let us know if selecting 'Play' through the store page helps.

Iv'e tried to access the RTX beta for Minecraft but when selected it
wont download and just takes me to the Minecraft store page.

On Xbox.com, from the Xbox 360 Marketplace Page, select the option to download the DLC.

It should download automatically the next time you log onto your console. Let me know if that solves your problem. I had a similar issue recently.
