    Console keeps freezing


    My son received an Xbox Series X for Christmas from his dad. Everything was going fine until a few weeks ago when his games started freezing. It is now all games, and the console will just freeze shortly after he starts to play. When he presses the home button, the screen turns white with colored specks, and nothing is viable as far as words or pictures. He then has to turn the console completely off. We uninstalled and reinstalled the game and I also went through his settings and deleted any games he didn't use, checked his storage space, and lastly did a factory reset and still the same outcome. Before I spend hours going through a warranty claim, is there anything else I should try that can help?

    Is your one the 4gb Slim model ? if so i had the same problem with mine you can bypass it but it takes a while you will have to send it in for repairs .

    During the launch this console it had many problems, Almost all were hardware defections and failures, i would take it to a repair shop to get it evaulated and if there is any problems attempt to fix it. You may also have a broken HDMI port which causes
    you to have no signal to the TV.
