Console keeps ejecting disc

My Xbox one constantly ejects my discs while playing. I've done hard resets numerous times with no luck.

the disc keeps ejecting at odd times. Turn on power saving, and power cycle, so far no luck.

Hey there. It sounds like you may need to send your console in for repair. If you haven't already, turn the console off, then unplug the power cord from the back for at least 5 minutes. I would wipe off the front of the console with a clean, dry cloth while
it is unplugged, just in case there is something on the eject button causing this. Plug it back in, and see if anything changes. If you're still running into this issue, you can start the repair process at

My console is doing the same thing, randomly ejecting the game disc and pulling it back in, ending whatever game session or tv show I'm in. It also turns itself on this way in the middle of the night. Every time it happens I hear the beep sound the eject
button makes. I've tried wiping it clean but no luck. Anything else besides sending it in? I'd rather not be without my xbox for 2 months.

That definitely sounds like there's an issue with the front panel of your console. I don't have any suggestions other than sending it in, but someone else might. I don't know the full details, but I do know that Microsoft offers an advanced replacement program,
where they send you a console to use before you send yours in, but I'm not sure of the costs involved with that.

If there is a disc inside, try to manually eject the disc, , follow these steps to do so, even if there is no disc, try the manual eject , https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/console/manually-eject-disc , after , see if any change.
If no change, try to go to SETTING, SYSTEM, CONSOLE INFO AND LAST CONSOLE RESET. pick option to KEEP ALL GAMES AND APPS. After console will restart, after restart , do the Set Up . See if any change

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Forums. You should be able to manually eject the disc if it is in the consoles disc bay. Go ahead and follow the steps on the following support article to eject the disc.

Manually eject a disc from Xbox One

If no disc comes out then it is either not being done correctly or there is no disc in the console.
