    Console keeps crashing to a black screen and logging out


    Took about 4hrs of random trying to log into my xbox one because some error code kept coming up and telling me to try later. Then i finally get logged in and clicked the menu and it logged me out and put me on a black screen. Reset it and turned it on
    and now it wont let me log in and is barely even showing anything on the guest screen. Xbox live status says everything is good, my xbox says everything is good but inbetwin bthe lines something is wrong here. Did someone hack xbox live again or was the last
    update invalid cause this is getting sketchy.

    Actually there was a service alert going on (and might still be in some regions). Just be patient and give it a try later on.

    How exactly is it "crashing"?

    Do you get an error message? Or is the screen black when you start the console? Are you able to start a game which then crashes to the Home Screen? Or does the game crash the console so it's restarting?

    Please describe your issue in a bit more details. Only then we can try to help you.

    Ok just found out that this gets past the original black screen but the game then crashes afterwards :(
