Console keeps booting to Troubleshooting screen

Everytime I turn off my Xbox it just boots to the Troubleshooting screen & if I select Continue the screen just goes blank.

I have to reset the console each time I turn it on.

Any ideas?

What was the update to DR3

The update messed the game up, it keeps booting me back to the home screen when I play for more than 5 minutes.

fifa 14 download

I received fifa 14 with the xbox one and have downloaded it. but when it gets to the load screen it keeps booting me back to the os and wont go any further. any ideas

Try performing the hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

did exactly as you said fixed the problem.... thanks.... however it wont let me get on xbox live ??? any ideas ???

That doesn't seem to make any difference. If I leave the console off for a while when I turn it back on again it does exactly the same thing & I have to reset the console again.

Hey thanks for that link, I'll try that this weekend. It does seem to have started to happen after the last update & I hadn't used it for a couple of months so wouldn't have noticed.

I also discovered that if I leave the power cord out all the time & only plug it in when I want to use it, it boots properly.
