    CONSOLE ISSUES


    Everytime I load up my xbox one and send a message, I will be able to at least 3-4 times with in that day, then when I try to send the fifth message my "Text Screen" Freezes and I'll still be able to talk in party, but in order to unfreeze it I must RESTART
    MY WHOLE XBO with a Hard Reset to fix my issue.

    Also, if I'm in a party for an X amount of time & get a message, when I go to check it it kicks me from the party, & when I go to check my messages and reply the TEXT SCREEN FREEZES again.

    Now every XBO Update that comes out, it gets worse & worse & worse. I would like Microsoft to fix this issue with a simple update. I own 4 XBO's they all do the same thing. 2 Halo 5 XBO's & 2 1TB XBO's.

    I use USB Keyboards, Chat Pads & sometimes my Controllers. The Glitches happen no matter what. . .

    Does anyone else have this Issue???

    I appreciate the answer. I did some quick browsing and it seems to be a corrupted profile. It has been suggested I redownload my profile.

    I have had that issue before. I had turned off my xbox and unplugged the power cord for about 15 seconds. Have not had that issue since.

    Yap, like Soopa suggested try that method. Its the PC equivalent of "clearing cache". Another tip is every time you finish your game don't shut down your xbox yet. Manually quit the game first.

    Hey MoonLightFox! Have you tried this with multiple game discs? Do you receive an error message, if so what is it? You also may want to check out the following

    disc read troubleshooter     to see if the suggested steps help. Let us know the results and the answers to those questions so we can help you out! :)

    Try cleaning the disc? or start looking for a disk fix as it is possibly a problem with the drive itself

    If you've ever switched consoles in the past, it usually says that. You can fix it by going to your active downloads on the console, selecting the download, and choose "Download All Items" and it should stop that message.

    Console issues.

    I have tried everything and my hard drive works fine, but every other game works smoothly but it's those specific games that always act up. And I just tried playing an older game today and my Xbox doesn't even want to read it anymore.
