    My xbox one games freezes more often then not. might be because it's refurbished? I'm not sure what to do ive cleared the games cache and restarted my xbox with the power button. Is there any other ways to fix this? any help is appreciated.

    I appreciate the answer. I did some quick browsing and it seems to be a corrupted profile. It has been suggested I redownload my profile.

    console issues

    If you have an external hard drive plugged into the Xbox. Disconnect it and do a hard reset.

    If no external hard drive, start with the hard reset.

    Hard reset the Xbox by holding down the power button on the front of the Xbox for 15 seconds. After the 15 seconds let go of the power button then restart the Xbox.

    Try your games again.

    If the issue persists, please post back here.

    Additional questions -

    - Are the games on disc or digital downloads

    - Are you trying to play the games online or just locally there on the Xbox

    - Are you connected through a wired or wireless connection on your Xbox

    disc read troubleshooter     to see if the suggested steps help. Let us know the results and the answers to those questions so we can help you out! :)

    Try cleaning the disc? or start looking for a disk fix as it is possibly a problem with the drive itself

    If you've ever switched consoles in the past, it usually says that. You can fix it by going to your active downloads on the console, selecting the download, and choose "Download All Items" and it should stop that message.

    I have tried everything and my hard drive works fine, but every other game works smoothly but it's those specific games that always act up. And I just tried playing an older game today and my Xbox doesn't even want to read it anymore.
