Console issue

I'm in the preview program (I believe it's the cause) and for a few days my Xbox takes extra long to boot, when it does it won't connect to the internet. I've tried clearing the cache, I just attempted a USB factory reset but my bind button doesn't function
I guess. I can't open anything it takes forever then I get a message saying for some reason this took too long. I can't open settings to reset or anything. Even opening the side menu in the dashboard takes forever and sometimes doesn't open. I need serious
help

when i buy something from the marketplace on this site and then go home and turn my xbox on it tells me its for another console but still lets me dl anyway? any reasons?

Microsoft do not un-ban previously banned consoles as they are permanent. They do not ban people's consoles/accounts lightly, they do so after several investigations.

The most common reason for a banned console is modifying it, but there are other reasons such as marketplace theft.



You might want to post in section 14 in order to get an official answer. Although they might just delete your thread and post a link like below as they do not discuss console bans.
