Console is very slow, and games time out instead of starting

My Xbox One console feels pretty sluggish since the last software update, and I can't get Halo 5 or Rock Band 4 to start. I have been through the game reset process, and even chatted with a Support rep who advised a factory reset. Done that, re-installed,
and no change - it still doesn't work.

To add to that, I now can't get anyone to answer chat request to figure out what the next step should be. Anyone ? Does the console need to go back ?

Xbox One startup very slow

After the NXOE update, starting up my Xbox seems very slow to bootup. The dashboard itself seems fine and is usually very responsive. Anybody having a slow bootup time. It seems like the bootup time is maybe over 30 seconds.

 

Microsoft Sudoku failures

Recently my Microsoft Sudoku challenges have been VERY slow starting and the game also loses track of completed challenges.

Slow every day, forgot a challenge today and 2 days ago. Had to repeat to get credit.

 

I can't get a response either. That is Microsofts way to deal with legitimate problems with their products, they ignore it.

 

If a factory reset didn't fix it , it might be connection issues ...or it just might need repaired ...

 

Go into the settings and tell your Xbox to "go offline" and see if it perks up a bit...

 

Having same issues with 3 out of 7 games not getting past title screen without closing to home page. I've cleaned disc, exited, shut down and rebooted. Time to uninstall? Any thoughts on why on 3 won't work?

 

You can try and clear thwe local saved data on CONSOLE ONLY.....DO NOT delete everywhere....if that dosent work remove your profile , shut everything down , then re add the profile. ..
