    I've tried all possible ways to reset it and to swipe it clean and it comes back with a error each time. I also formatted USB flash drive so I can update it offline it'll drop it back down to 0% but it won't start the update individually State something
    went wrong. any other ideas ???

    What basic troubleshooting steps have you tried?

    • Physically Power Cycle The Console (Instructions) - Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on
      the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on
      the console or the Xbox button on your controller. Note: If you don't
      see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.
    • Xbox Live Status - Check the Xbox Live status to see if all services and games are active
      here.
    • Xbox Support - Xbox Support offers help for Xbox One, Xbox 360, Xbox Live, Kinect, and billing questions.

    What error message are you getting (i.e. "There was a problem with the update", "Something went wrong", "Your Xbox is almost full")? If your Xbox One console recognizes a problem with the system update or
    identifies an issue that will prevent the system update from working properly, it will display an error message or an error code.
