Sorry to hear about what happened. Let's do our best here to get this sorted out.

Since you can't connect any of your controllers, that means that you can't navigate through the Settings, right?

Have you tried connecting your controller using another USB cable? Maybe it will work with a different cable. You could as well try to connect a keyboard if you could navigate through your console settings so we could perform a factory reset.

If you could navigate through the Settings, try to perform a factory reset.
Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console.
On the Reset your console? Please choose “Reset and keep my games & apps”

Sorry to hear about the issue. To further isolate it, please try to connect your controller using a USB cable if they worked fine when connected hard-wired. If they worked, try to check for controller updates.

If you could navigate through the dashboard or system menu, I suggest that we perform a factory reset on your console to refresh its system and remove potentially corrupted data in it.

have you tried adjusting the display settings on the console? If you're not able to connect the console to a different monitor or tv and are therefor unable to adjust them, you can always reset the display settings of the console to factory defaults via
these steps:



Reset the console display settings

If the display problem is still not resolved, reset the display settings of your console. Here's how:

1.Remove any discs from the disc tray.

2.Turn off the console.

3.Turn on the console.

Note If you are using an Xbox 360 Wireless Controller, turn on the console by using the Guide button on the controller. Make sure that you use the player 1 controller when you do this. The player 1 controller will have the upper-left light illuminated.

4.As the console starts, on the controller, press and hold Y while pulling the right trigger. The display settings are reset to the default settings, and then the console automatically restarts.

Sorry to hear it. Is the console connected to the router? If so please try a direct connection to the modem.

If you are unable to do this or still encounter the same issue please try a factory reset on the console. There's an option to keep installed games and apps and your saves will be safe on the Cloud.
