Console is frozen when system update almost finished

My Xbox 360 has frozen on me during the latest system update! It's still on and I don't know what I should do, as it says you're not to turn off the console during an update... I'm really scared.

I have tried factor restarting my system and re-downloading the update for the store. When the update almost finished it stopped and said something went wrong and retry again. I tried and now i am getting this error code. I do not know what is wrong and
would like to know what is going on with my system.

ive tried downloading an update today during which my console froze turned off and back on when its come back on it keeps telling me to download a system update and there is no room also my profile and everything seem to have vanished and it states my hard
drive is unformatted. Does this mean i have lost everything connected to this console??? i have hours of game data saved to this that is just impossible to ever try and complete again games like skyrim and mass effect3 i hadnt quite finished

 

Ok I left it for a while and it did nothing. Had to turn it off. I hope I'm not in trouble... Not sure what kind of issues I could face here.

Sometimes updates can get stuck (it happened to me the other day updating my Mac... shhhhh no discussion of that here ) and the only option is to power cycle the device.

Turn off the console and unplug the power adaptor for a minute or two, then power back on. If the update did fail it will simply request to do it again, if it's fine you should sign in as normal.

 

guys i don t know if this is the right forum but i need help quickly the font from my Xbox 360 have something,sometimes when i`m playing from nothing appear one red light in my font but is not all the time please if someone knows how to fix this i will be

You may have to send the console off for a repair if it persists.
