    And here we go again, the crappiest console ever made! Problem after problem, I spend more time fixing problem then enjoying my game.

    I was playing Destiny, decided to invite player I met recently. I press the dashboard button, it goes to the dashboard and I can't do anything with my controller. If I hold the Xbox button, I can choose to turn off the console or the controller, but even there
    I can't move anything. I tried using the Kinect hand, it sees my hand, but won't pick anything I want. I tried to use the voice command, it is super slow to respond and when I got in my friend list, the screen turned black for 10 second and I am back to the
    dashboard, nothing works. I tried to reach my apps, I could move with my controller but it move so slow I have to press like 10 time so that it move on one side or another and it always randomly get on my Xbox gamertag on top left of the screen, and anyways,
    I can't pick anything with the controller also. Anyone knows if I can fix this without turning off my Xbox? I am at the end of a mission in Destiny and I don't want to restart.

    Playstation forums     for help with troubleshooting your PS3 controller.

    The Xbox forums does not cover support with Playstation hardware.

    The console won't respond to the control, so your response is to use the control to navigate through system settings... seriously?

    Hello reneSophia,

    If this control was previously connected to the console, but is no longer able to respond, the connection process must be repeated with the console connection button.

    Also, confirm that the batteries of the control are charged, this usually causes problems with the connection.

    If it still does not connect, reset your console, since it might be a bug on it.

    My xbox messages won't show on my console but on the xbox app they show up but if i try to respond to them it will not let me send them.

    What do you mean it shows a "rolling demo"? Is is going to a "press start" type of screen, and it won't respond to button presses? Have you tried a different controller on your console?
