Console is broken from launch, FIX THIS NOW

Here are my problems, Straight up. I OWN A DAY ONE EDITION XBOX ONE

-Internet connectivity issues (I have perfect internet and have never had a problem

-Controller problems. It will disconnect and when i reconnect it, it doesnt reconize the console. Forcing me to hard restart every time

-Game problems (Audio). The console will not play voice on 7.1 or 5.1 uncompressed. Never had these issues on 360.

-Snap problems. I have a 50/50 chance that my game will freeze/console will freeze when i snap/unsnap. System cant handle multi tasking?

-Random freezing doing anything. Self explanitory

-Console sometimes needs disks put in a few times before it actually reads the disk (my friend also has this problem)

-Controller will use batteries 4x as fast as my xbox 360 controller. I unplugged kinect and it seems to reduce this to twice as fast. I used 12 batteries in 3 days.

I am overall unimpressed and im about to take this back to eb games and throw it across the store because thats how i feel about this console. ESPECIALLY since its a day one edition. I payed more for basically nothing other then a stamp on my controller.

My one request, Fix this console. Dont tell me all your stories on how to fix any of this because none of them work. Your help is useless to me. Stop helping us temporarily fix our problem and maybe refine the xbox one to a more operable level because as of
right now its a POS. Goodbye and thank you.

Bad System Update 2/16/2012

Fired Up MW3 after system update and noticed these green flickering lines in the transistions from Menus in the game. where the srcreen went to black changing menus now there's green flickering junk click this click that in game launch a MP match screen
goes to black with green flickering lines blocks then the match loads normal. I ussually don't post Much but this system Update on 2/16 doing a real number on xbox consoles. I always have said if it's not broken Don't fix it. don't even think about it. Because
now you gone done Broke it now we gotta sit and wait another 3 months for a fix to fix something that wasn't broken in the first place. You touched the Video driver for a color issue. I like to know what color issue because I sure didn't see one till this
green flickering through out several games. This is a Mess I'm just glad I didn't get the dvd-rom drm locl out issue this update also caused

 

XBox One February Update - Multiplayer Bug with Alternative MAC Address

Im gonna be honest now ive pretty much had enough of ZERO response on his issue

This WORKED at launch and then it was BROKEN in the feb update

All i want is some form of response, this can tbe hard to fix it worked before

 

AND, Stop making us download each game to the console, i have downloaded 4 games and i have 3/4 of my memory used. So basically I cant play any more games unless I buy a bigger hard drive if that is even possible, and no. im not doing that because thats
probably a POS to.

You can buy an external HD.. and use that as long as it has at minimum a capacity of 256GB or more and is USB 3.0

As for throwing the console across the shop.. that certainly won't fix anything... (other than beeing an expensive way of wenting Your frustrations) I'd say it would be better to take it back and explain the problems that you are experiencing and try get
it swapped for a new console..
