console internet connection issues

When I have a streaming app playing and I start to download anything, after a while I will lose internet access and have to reset my modem to reconnect. I just started to download the battlefield 1 open beta today and at 14% downloaded hulu stopped working,
the download stops and I suddenly have to reset the modem. This happens multiple times for as long as the download takes. Also, though much rarer, when I only have a streaming app playing and nothing else, the app will randomly close and I will get a pop up
asking if I own the app. From there I have to quit the app and restart it to resume watching, this also happens on a regular basis and I guess I'm finally sick enough of it to post.

I highly doubt anyone cares enough or actually values their job enough to respond with a real fix for my problem or even an explanation of why it's happening, so I guess i'm just expecting a "how to fix most common problems" response that wastes everyone's
time. These issues have only been happening the last 4 - 6 months for me and nothing has changed with my internet and I have a day 1 xbox. Essentially, after having the console for 2 years without these problems, and with nothing changing on my end, please
fix the problems on your end. thank you.

Lots of connection issues since update , it affected lots of routers , mostly isp issued gateways ....

Internet connection issues

My XBOX ONE was working fine 2 days ago.

This time it said it can not get an IP address.

I try to do a multiplayer connection and I get "Can not finish multiplayer tests 0x7fc3

I have tried rebooting my xbox and gateway several times to no avail.

My NAT can change every reboot to strict, moderate and open.

I can not sign in at the top of the console.

I live in British Columbia Canada

ISP is shaw communications

I have Gateway Cisco DPC3825

I have powered off all other internet gadgets

Yesterday I was getting DNS is not resolving server names

Network mode BGN mixed

Radio band 2.4 GHz

SPI Firewall protection is off

IPV6 Firewall Protection is on

IP flood detection box is unchecked

Yesterday my packet loss was 98 percent. today it is 24 percent

ISP says download speed is 19.33

Upload speed is 0.50 and ping 14 ms

I have not been able to play for 2 days now.

Is it my internet or the Xbox one?
