    Help! I bought my xbox one from my brother, and he sent me a preview program invite but after I downloaded the app it says that my console has already been registered.

    Is there a way he can deregister this console from his new one?

    Here's how to remove your console from the Xbox Preview program:

    Open the Xbox Preview Dashboard app.

    Select Registration.

    Under Manage flights, select Change.

    Note If you have more than one console in the program, you can change their statuses by using Manage other consoles.

    Under Manage programs, select Remove, and then select Submit. You'll be prompted to select a reason for leaving.
