Console freezes when I enter specific game

Game always freezes when I enter "Call of Duty Black Ops 2 Zombies".

Everything else works fine. This only freeze when I enter Zombie.

When I set zombie as default menu, they freeze right away.

I mean RIGHT AWAY. They don't show any kind of version number. When I press button "A", black screen and freeze.

This has to do with update.

When I entered zombie, they recommended me to update (86MB) so i did.

After that, it doesn't work.

However, multiplayer and singleplayer works fine.

When I erased that update, it works(but still ask me for update).

I tried to clear system cache but didn't work.

Any solution?

My Forza Horizon doesn't enter in the races

Hi dudes,

Today I didn't play Forza Horizon. The problem is: When I enter in a race, the game keep it loading and loading forever. The game doesn't enter in the races, the console still working well, but the game...freezes!

Somebody knows something about this specific problem?

- Where/When did you buy your console?

- Does it freeze or crash during games? You gotta be specific.

 

have you used a cloth and tried to clean the disc? also do you see any scratches that may cause it? if you dont and you have gone through everything you can you can try to delete your save and see if it will work after.

Yes, I tried that but still, didn't work.

And I do not know which save data to delete.

There is several save data.

BO2 World Save Data(was it?)

Title Update

BO2 Data

Maybe something is wrong with update.

When I erase update, i can play game perfectly

(i have to disconnect my internet so update message doesn't pop up)

 

I dont know but if you delete any DLC's you can get them back here:
live.xbox.com/.../History

 

Hm... Only DLC I have is (related with BO2) Nuketown Multiplayer map.

I wish I know what's wrong with this

 

Try deleting the title update and then clear your cache 3 times, restart your console and then download something that's the same size as the title update, then download the update, after that feel free to delete whatever you downloaded before. Hopefully
that works.

 

This issue was solved after 1 week.

I did nothing but it's fixed

I do not know if i was the only one having this problem.
