    I can't sign into xbox live and my xbox freezes. I called support and they said they couldn't help but I do have xbox one preview and I think it is because the new update

    I have a second hand xbox one (first edition) and my console is already sign on the Xbox Dashboard Preview with another account. I want my profile sign in too, but I can't receive invitation from friends already in the service of Preview. What I have to

    wow all i did was say it could be a hardware issue i have heard of some people having issues with the game an some not it's a common issue with hardware also where it will freeze out of nowhere just saying u should calm down

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with your console's speed.

    I would suggest you check our screen freeze troubleshooter found here:
    http://support.xbox.com/xbox-360/console-freeze/xbox-360-screen-freeze

    The prompts for that will be the same as response issues with your console.

    Also, are there any specific error codes you are seeing when you try and sign in?
