    Console freezes after boot


    Xbox One S. This problem first occurred on December 3rd. After the reboot, the interface was loading for a very long time, it hung all the time, not an any application was launched. I was only able to go into the settings and open the update information.
    No reboot helped. After reading the instructions, I reset the console through the service menu, saving games and applications. This fixed the problem, but the same thing again yesterday. Reset again and work again. For now. Is this happening to me alone?

    Try removing the HD. Does the console boot without the HD ? Try the troubleshooter here:

    support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/console-freeze/xbox-360-screen-freeze

    If after all this your console still won't load the dashboard, contact XBox support.

    Firstly try the screen freeze solution at:
    support.xbox.com/.../screen-freeze-solution    . It’s a terrible guide and does nothing really to help you, but nevertheless try it out.



    Try turning the console on while holding the sync button on the console down. Wait for the console to fully boot up. This will clear any corrupted updates that could be causing this. If this happened immediately after the latest system update, you along
    with a truck load of others have fallen victim to it and will need to set up a repair.

    I am in the same boot, worked fine for 24 hours. Now my console freezes after green screen. IF it makes it to the home screen then i can move around but as soon as i go to sign in it freezes. I tried to factory reset but upon hitting "Reset" it just goes
    back to the system setting screen.

    Freezing can be caused by many things. I see that its freezing on boot up.The easiest way to check if its your console, profile, or hdd is to remove your hdd and try to boot your console.

    Remove your HDD by following these easy step by step directions
