Console Freeze Xbox 360

I have gone through 5 Xbox 360 Slim consoles and 4 hard drives in the past 6 months due to Console Freeze I contacted Xbox Support line on many occasions to hopefully resolve my constant issues with the troubleshooting checklists of clearing system cache,
format the hard drives and delete any 'corrupt' data, try using a different console. Nothing has seemed to work to this day.

I have deleted all my game data to reduce the chance of facing the annoying random causes of console freeze, I received a new console and hard drive and not even 6 hours of use I suffer from the exact annoying thing happens.

The most recent console froze happened 3 times in a 5 minute timeframe. I also somehow got told to remove my hard drive and the internal hard drive required the most recent update and froze on the 'green screen'. I had nothing except for the update.

I have sent an email to the Escalation team and currently waiting a reply from the higher Support team

If the freeze happens without the hard drive then it's possible that you were sent a bad console accidentally. You should set up another warranty exchange for the console.
