Console freeze during play

I recenetly decided to resume playing AC4 after 6 months. I download all updates and the Freedom Cry DLC, and head in.

At which point my game freezes. Every single time.

I can do some gameplay (like a minute or 3) but then freeze.

after hard reset my console decides to freeze on startup aswell. it has never done this before, and only since downloading the updates and dlc does it crash.

I have a 7year old XBOX 360, so warranty (either MS or retail) might be problem...

I have cleared the cache several times, this gives me a minute at most of extra gametime...

During game play most games I play freeze up during action moves. Why is this?

 

Console freezes during startup

Yeah just finished playing halo 4 last night and today it just freezes on the start up screen of my dashboard, like it doesnt even get to f in dashboard. Serious bulls**t here. My hd is 320 gb this shouldnt happen, and nothing will help. Does any one think
it has to do with halo 4 saves or anything????

 

I suggest to uninstall DLC. Then reinstall. Also check the disc for scratches

 

This same thing happens to me, but only Ubisoft games..

 

I'm having the same issue. At first we thought it was the console, as we'd just had it returned from repairs, but other games are running fine. Though I managed to get more than just a couple minutes of play out of it. I didn't time exactly how long, but
I would estimate somewhere around 20-30 mins of gameplay, and didn't freeze during loading screens, either, just during normal gameplay. Once just after I'd assassinated a couple guys, and another time while I was looking around on my map. The screen just
froze, I'd hit the system button, hear the sound of the menu coming up, then nothing. I'd have to turn the console off, then on again.
