Discus and support console drops xbox live when i play any game in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Hi can anyone help, my console has recently started dropping me from xboxlive on starting up any game, it will not connect me from within the game...     Hi can anyone help, my console has recently started dropping me from xboxlive on starting up any game, it will not connect me from within the game

    stating that i have a connection problem, but as soon as i return to xbox home, my connection auto connect, also it does not seem to register any game

    as far as achievements are concerned. thanks

    kicked for 5min penalty when im playing black ops 2 my sysyem disconects and i havr to serve a penalty how do i stop it

    Does the whole Xbox 360 disconnect from Xbox Live or just the game drops you to the menu?

    If the console disconnects from Xbox Live, do you experience any other online games causing the same issue?

    xbox one x connection

    I am having the same issue where my wired connection drops after 2 or 3 seconds. When I go to setup my wireless connection it says I have a wired connection. Oddly I was able to download updates with no problems, but cannot play games as xbox live drops
    every time the connection drops. I suspect that it is a software/driver issue as I have no problems with the xbox one.

    Try resetting your moden/router by powering down your pc and unplugging your modem/router for 30 seconds then plug it back in then power your pc back on

    Hi there,

    It maybe a bit overkill but also try these steps

    1. Check account.live.com/.../manage to see if at least two security proofs are setup and verified. A phone number and alternate email would be best. If two step verification is set up you
    will need to use an App password instead of your account password. See this link for information:

    support.xbox.com/.../no-prompt-security-proof

    2. Delete your profile from the console, be sure to delete only the profile, to do so check this link:

    support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

    3. Clear the console cache, see this link for the how to:
    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

    4. Turn the console off.

    5. Turn the console on.

    6. Clear the console cache one more time

    7. Redownload your profile.(See the same link as 2.) you might have to enter the security verification afterwards and all should be fine again.

    Cod 350 ping while loading into a match

    i think pings can be quite high for that game on loading but obviously drop back down when fully loaded. if playing on console a ping of 30 - 50 aint to bad as xbox live adds to latency.

    Yes and thank you MorkyMork1991. Its one of the first goto things I try, that and checking if their are any issues with Xbox live or game we are playing and my Isp, I am on a Mobile hotspot tether connection and if everyone in the house is using it the
    speed will drop in and out while playing games especially if it's updating games on both consoles. I know that wasn't the problem!
