Console Downloads Extremely Slow?

So I happen to own three Xbox One consoles, and one of them seems to so ludicrously slow that it's painful. This has been happened as far as I can remember, when it comes to downloading games, game updates, and even console update.

I queued up the new update for Halo 5 at 12:35PM and here I am at 1:20PM (45 minutes later) and this console is at 24%. My other consoles are done, and I started them at 12:50PM. They're on the same network, same wired connection.

Hi, I've been trying to download "I Am Alive" for the past 5 hours or so. It originally reached 70% in little under 2 hours, but became stuck. Now after deleting it and restarting the download it's at 4% after about 45 minutes.

Even trying to load microsofts website is very slow, yet the rest of the net seems fine. Is this just a problem with my ISP or is xbox live having some connection issues? Any advice would be greatly appricated,

Does your router have a setting where you can prioritize a device? You may have the 3rd, slow console as low priority so it's using less bandwidth than the other 2 consoles.
