when downloading console continually turns off unless keep controller on. how can u keep xbox one downloading when you are not playing on it.

Yup. You can just recover your gamertag and do the license transfer and it will move the licenses for you.

If you got a new Xbox and cannot play your DLC, you will need to ransfer your licenses to the new Xbox. Go to xbox.com/drm to transfer your licenses. Be sure to read the FAQ before doing it.

Sorry but once an account is banned, all DLC/Points/Gold membership is lost forever. That's part of the punishment.
