Console downloading random games itself. Please Help.

earlier today I found my Xbox one downloading 5 games Which I didn't ask for. I spoke with customer support and they said I hadn't been charged for it so I can just cancel. I cancelled those and they are now sitting in ready to install. A short while ago
I found 5 different versions of titanfall being downloaded. I have cancelled these as well.

Can someone tell me why this is happening and how I can make it stop?

Have you tried using your Xbox without the Hard Drive? (meaning taking the hard drive out, and then turning it on) Tutorial on how to do this,

support.xbox.com/.../add-remove-hard-drive This is my first guess to what may be causing this to happen.

So basically what you are saying is that the hard drive that came with it is causing the problem, so it is a faulty product. Microsoft should have known this then if it is happening to so many people. Sometimes I try watching a show on Netflix and it will
restart and while it is restarting it restarts again. My Xbox is very close to being worthless and I am considering to going back to the original. The problem does not lie within the hard drive, it is the power supply. They came out with a quick fix, $149
system made in China, piece of garbage to make the shareholders happy. I, on the other hand, am very unhappy, I am on my second power supply, xbox and microsoft really *** up on this ONE. Hopefully they don't screw their customers on the Xbox One

 

Do you game/account share? If so that's why. Also you could turn auto download off in settings.

 

Sounds like you bought a Used Xbox One, or previously game shared with someone. Make sure to set your Xbox One as your "Home" console. That will fix it.

 

No I do not account share. I bought the xbox new out of the box. I went to settings and turned off automatic updates and installing of new purchases. This hopefully will work.

 

same happened to me my xbox today stared downloading like 20 things including rear replay a some other stuff i not buy but i stopped then downloads and change my passwords just in case i got hacked.

i look online at my purchase history back over more than a year and there not there and it not changed me any money so looks like same happen to me and my xbox i got new and no other profiles on it. some other ppl say same happen and they try to play game
it say they need disk
