    My Xbox one can not be play, and only had voice,can not screen show. I don't understand what happen of console, I just play 3 times. I unhappy today, becaues of I bought 3 games and I want to play with mine holiday. Tell me how can I do?

    Console war dying down?

    As issues with the consoles arise, I think that the console war will start up as fanboys from either side will obviously make remarks and state that their console choice is better.

    Dying down? HA HA HA HA!!! Direct hardware hands-on means the console wars will now begin! Well, for a lot of people. For lots of us, the console wars don't exist.

    This is happening to a few of us on reddit. Its switching between youtube and other apps from gaming when the console randomly shuts down. Booting back up everything is fine but then it will randomly do it again when switching apps. Its something on microsofts
    end it seems.

    When the console shuts down does the console stay off? Are you not able to turn the console on again?

    If the console is able to turn on, then try to change the power source.

    If the issue continues I suggest to try troubleshooting the console operating system by performing a soft factory reset and keeping games and apps
