console don't run

Nope... The game is in this period of GWG, it can be bought or redeemed with Gold on https://marketplace.xbox.com/pt-BR/Product/Meet-the-Robinsons/66acd000-77fe-1000-9115-d802425607d4 or
trhough X360 like i already state, only not on Xbox One.

I already restart the console (which i do every day since i keep things out of the wall when turn'em off at night). Game just keep returning this message sugesting i don't have it, but it is showed as i already having it when i open the store link on the
message (which is the only way to find it on brazilian Xbox One systems for now).

I don't try it on X360 yet, but a curious thing to add: The game works when i change my console region to US (which i'm not inclined to keep cause everything turned to US prices, which means extra taxes that will cost the double in my cc bill because of
international transactions.

I can see how that can be frustrating , i would only recommend maybe the region barrier the movie maybe glitching in your region for it to start. Try Calling Microsoft Support at 1800 4MYXBOX or https://support.xbox.com/ur-PK/contact-us ask
for a refund try to see if another title has the same issue .

i would recommend not purchasing any titles if it does not work.

If it wasn't available in your country, I believe you would be seeing a different error, such as "This content is not available in your region". It sounds like it's probably just a bug. You could always try to physically power cycle your Xbox. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

I don't own an Xbox console. This is a Windows 10 PC running Java Minecraft.
