    Hello,

    Im from Brazil and Im a preview member, but after an update that never ended, I called the support to try resolve this problem. The person tell me to do a factory settings restart on the console, but after this the console dont turns on anymore.

    As a member of the preview program I know a have a ilimited warranty, and I need to know how to preceed with this.

    Xbox turns on by itself

    ah so it turns itself on to update i understand this, but doesnt turn itself off after, so if I was on holiday my xbox could potentionaly be on for weeks

    Hey there Gorilla! When you say it restarts after you turn it off, are you saying it loads up fully back to the logo and then the dashboard? Or does it just stay on (green light) with no video on the TV? Do you have Background Downloads set to be on? Please

    ah so it turns itself on to update i understand this, but doesnt turn itself off after, so if I was on holiday my xbox could potentionaly be on for weeks 😆😆😆😆

    yea already did a hard reset and checked all the settings, sometimes it turns some stuff off and sometimes it doesnt, all happened after the update

    Sure don't, the only thing I have in the house that runs on the same frequency are the controllers and an xbox remote. All of them placed out of way so as not to be activated by accident. Again, this never happened until after the newest update.
