Console doesn't recognize my disc's, Microsoft Experience Host not updating

Hi. I'm new here and I bought a used One S from a guy who did all tests at home and it was working perfectly

After doing factory reset and entered my credentials, the console doesn't do anything when I put in a game disc, I went as far as buying 2 other disc's and still no response, no error message or ejection whatsoever

There is also a Microsoft Experience Host update that's sitting on 0.0% for hours now. I'm not sure how to fix that or if its part of the reason why my console isn't acknowledging my disc's

I have done all setting on the self help but to no avail.

If a similar question has been posted here with a solution then please insert link. TIA

I am having the same issue he is. My console has been updated properly and is still not recognizing the disc. Just appears to say Install Disc.

We was able to do the update but now when I insert the disc it doesn't recognize it. Still can't play.

^^ Did you ever think it has to do with defective disc or defective consoles that cause the problems? I've had problems with BF3 freezing my console yet others don't. Some of the lag people experience can even be from defective inputs on the tv or the cables
themselves. There are numerous things that can cause problems. As for hosting you might not have as great of a upload speed that the game thinks you do when it selects you as host. It doesn't matter how great your download speed is it's your upload speed that
counts when your the host.

What happens exactly when you insert the disc?
The console doesn't recognize it ?
Or what happens exactly?
Also, where are you physically located? And what's the disc region? NTSC or PAL?

And, did you tried inserting the disc to another Xbox or Xbox 360 console to see what happens?
