    Meu console do Xbox one não está ligando. Já tentei todas as opções de reparo.

    Gostaria de enviar meu Xbox, que não está na garantia, para reparo no Brasil.

    Ao tentar gerar a ordem de reparo/serviço, só recebo a mensagem:

    "Desculpe pelo transtorno. O acessório ou dispositivo que você está solicitando não está disponível. Contate o Suporte da Microsoft para obter assistência."

    English:

    My Xbox one console does not turn on. Ive tried all the repair options and it does not turn on.

    I would like to send the console to be repaired. My Xbox one console is not in the warranty anymore.

    When I try to generate a repair order in order to send it to an autorized assistance in Brazil. I get the following message:

    "Sorry for the inconvenience. The accessory or decice that you are requesting is not available. Contact Microsoft support to require assistence."

    E um Xbox one, ele nao liga mais ja tentei de tudo comprei fonte nova mais ele nao liga eu acho que a fonte deve ter queimado meu console ja tentei em varias tomada de ferente mais o console nao liga.

    Se o controle não for original, o xbox pode não ser 100% compatível

    tente ligar e desligar o seu console. Por favor, segure o botão liga / desliga na frente do console por aproximadamente 15 segundos até que a luz de energia se apague. Espere cerca de 60 segundos e ligue-o novamente. Assegure-se de ver a tela de carregamento
    de animação verde "XBOX ONE" ao ligá-la novamente.
