Console do Xbox 360

Bom dia. O console do Xbox 360 não está transmitindo imagem para tv. Já troquei o cabo HDMI também tentei em outra tv e nada . Ja fiz todos os procedimentos legais no console e nada. Liguei na Microsoft e falaram que não tem como fazer o reparo no console
e nem pecas. Ele falou para comprar outro console mas não tenho condições gostaria de reparase o console ou trocasse por outro. Aguardo retorno

Hello Aroldo,

Unfortunately, there Is no way to repair or replace 360 consoles through Microsoft anymore. The 360 models are no longer covered under the Xbox standard limited warranty.

Xbox customer support agents will not be able to assist with this issue. Upgrading to a new console is definitely a lot to think about, so here is some info for you to consider

"Xbox one consoles"

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We are sorry for the issue with the console. Unfortunately, console bans are permanent. There is no way of lifting the bans. You can read more on the
enforcement site. As there is nothing more we can do here on the forums. I will be locking this thread.

Is your account a child account by chance? If so, then this might be the reason for this error.

Unfortunately, this usually happens on purchases for Xbox 360 items. If you have a real Xbox 360 console you will have to do the purchase on that Xbox 360 console.

You can NOT do that on a Xbox One console!

Hey there,

That error indicates that there is an issue with your storage on your Xbox 360 console. Which Xbox 360 model do you own? If you own an Xbox 360 arcade console (4GB model), your Xbox 360 console may need to be replaced.
